My Story

My name is Natalie Hart and I am a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, a Certified Stress, Anxiety, and Self-Regulation Clinician for HeartMath,  and one of the Treasure Valley’s most experienced Heart Sound Recorder Specialists.

I have over 25 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry.  I love helping busy moms find more energy and stress less by creating lasting habits to fortify their hearts nutritionally, emotionally and spiritually.

During the past several years, I have coached hundreds of patients at a local integrative clinic, helping them increase energy, improve exercise performance, manage stress, sleep better, and achieve overall better heart health through the use of innovative technology, DNA testing, and whole food supplementation.

In the past, I have struggled with my own health issues, including Chronic Fatigue, Adrenal Fatigue, anxiety/depression, hormone imbalance, weight gain, and heart palpitations. Learning to manage my mind, stress and emotions as well as using the right kind of whole food supplements for my body, has been the key to my own transformation.  However,  figuring out what’s right for you can be confusing. As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I can help you get to the root cause of your energy drains and then teach you lifestyle changes and simple solutions that feed your heart, body, mind and spirit to create vibrant energy and healing.

I spent over six years as a Clinical Specialist for Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm and Disease Management division in Southern California, Salt Lake City, and various other cities, supporting patients with pacemakers and implantable defibrillators (ICDs) during and after surgery. While it was exciting to see their quality of life improve somewhat with these devices, I knew that heart disease was 80 % preventable and wanted to spend more time on prevention.   I have also worked as a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Detox Specialist and Fitness Manager after earning my  B.S. in Health Promotion from Brigham Young University.

Born and raised in the Seattle area, I love the outdoors including tennis, water/snow skiing, nature walks, paddle boarding, and anything else that involves the ocean or lakes! I am blessed with a supportive husband and three children who are the center of my life.  I love traveling, spending time with friends and family either relaxing, singing, exercising, or serving in my church responsibilities. You also might see me sneaking European chocolate that I loved while living in Germany!  Progress–not perfection–is my motto!
